​​What to bring to tryouts?

Wear soccer attire

Bring your cleats and shin pads

Bring a soccer ball

Bring water and a snack if needed

Bring your "A" game

​What can I expect?

​There will be a Mile Run.

Expected time to complete the run is in 12 Minutes.


You will be evaluated regarding your soccer skills and conditioning.  Players should work on ball kills, 

endurance and speed.  You are expected to be in

playing shape at tryouts. See Skill Builders below.


It is highly recommended that all players begin a conditioning program prior to tryouts.

The Field is located behind the school -

rain or shine.  (Additional dates may be added)

Prior to Tryouts !
You must sign up with the School prior to tryouts.  Information can be found at the Archbishop Wood Web page. 

You must have a card to tryout.

Athletic cards for Fall sports will be available starting Monday, July 31st, 2017. 

No forms will be accepted or cards

available prior to the date

determined by the school.
